Catriona Bissett, 2005 leaver, Wins Two Industry Awards

Catriona Bissett has beaten competition from around the country to win two prestigious awards at the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards this year.  Catriona, known as "Catch", works at Nick Alexander's Kinneston Stables in Fife as an Assistant Trainer and has won the Employee of the Year 2019 industry award, beating competition from other famous yards around the country with over 6,000 staff.  

Catriona's second award is the Leadership Award which she earned for her work with Nick Alexander.  Catriona has become known within the industry for her mentorship and leadership in the day-to-day running of the yard and the happy, motiated and skillful team of staff working under her.  

Nick Rust, Chief Executive of the BHA said "For Catch to be named Employee of the Year when our sport employs 6,000 people who work so hard to provide first class care to our horses is a fantastic achievment".
