Nick created Bonnie Burrito in March 2015 and started with a mobile food van on Lauriston Place.  After several months of success and great customer feedback, Nick and his business partner were delighted to set up a permanent location on South Clerk Street in August 2016.  A third business started shortly later in Gorgie Road and again was a great success.

Nick's latest venture , Bonnie Sauce Co, is a spin off company producing and retailing the hot sauces used in his burrito van and shops for use at home.  These have grown in popularity and the business was pleased to announce recently that Sainsbury's will be stocking their sauce packs in the run up to Christmas!  The sauces were developed by the business partners as they sought a more natual alternative to many of the retail sauces on the market.  Through extensive research and sourcing of ingredients, the sauce recipes were produced and tested and deemed a success.

Since the launch of the sauces, there have been collaborations with brands such as Jack Wills and sales of the sauces via Bonnie Burrito's shops and via third party retailers increased and increased.  The latest development, being stocked in such a large retailer, is a further acknowledgement of the hard work and commitment put into developing the business.

We wish the best of luck to Nick with growing his business further and look forward to hearing of more success in the years to come!
